1. Who we are

2. The service
Beto chats with you on WhatsApp and recommends things to do in the city of Rio de Janeiro, such as bars and parties, based on what you ask for. There is no app to download.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, because Beto recommends places that sell alcoholic beverages. You also need an active WhatsApp account, whose use is governed by Meta's terms.
4. About the recommendations
Beto is an artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Opening hours, prices, programming and availability may change without notice, so check with the venue before you go.
Review summaries reflect the opinions of people who have been there, not ours. Me põe na boa does not own or organize the venues and events it suggests and is not responsible for their products, services, safety or customer service.
5. Acceptable use
When using Beto, you agree not to:
- use the service for illegal purposes or to harass, offend or deceive others;
- send spam, bulk automated messages or malicious content;
- try to circumvent, overload or extract data from the service or the artificial intelligence;
- send sensitive data or other people's personal data.
We may limit or block access for anyone who breaches these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Me põe na boa brand, the Beto character and the website's text, images and design belong to Me põe na boa or its licensors. Photos and trademarks of venues belong to their respective owners. You may share the recommendations you receive for personal use.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep Beto running, but the service may become unavailable, change or be discontinued at any time, including due to WhatsApp outages.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Me põe na boa is not liable for damages caused by outdated or incorrect information about venues and events, by your experience at the places suggested, or by the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
